痛点The jam
一段素材要变成能发的笔记，标题、正文、标签、轮播图和发布包全靠手拆。一晚往往只够磨一篇。Turning one note into a post means titles, body, tags, and a carousel — by hand. One night, one piece.
做法The way
在 Obsidian 里走完：原始素材 → 文案 → 配图 → 发布包。后续会做成 Web。Inside Obsidian: source → copy → images → pack. A web version comes later.
