痛点The jam

加了很多付费社群，或者每天客户消息刷不完。人看消息、记重点、再整理，是整条链上最窄的口。Paid groups pile up. Client chats never end. Reading and sorting is the bottleneck.

做法The way

本地接入群聊，完成归因和主题整理，输出可回问的 Markdown。人只负责圈范围、核身份、确认进库。Ingest locally, attribute speakers, group themes, write Markdown you can query. You still choose the range and what enters the library.

  1. 选定群和时段，本地只读接入。Pick a chat and a window. Read only, locally.
  2. 发言人归因，主题总结，保留引用。Who said it, what it was about, keep the quote.
  3. 归档后可以按问题回问。Then ask it later.
